The Caregiving Insider Community Health Fair is a free, welcoming event designed to support healthier living by connecting attendees with local health professionals, wellness instructors, nonprofit organizations, and caregiving resources—all in one place. Throughout the day, attendees can participate in free healthy living seminars covering topics such as caregiver self-care, navigating healthcare resources in Georgia, herbal wellness, and home gardening. In between sessions, enjoy outdoor fitness classes including yoga, Zumba, chair aerobics, line dancing, and AfroFit, led by experienced local instructors and open to all fitness levels.
