Stand Up For America Day is Port Wentworth’s signature annual celebration of patriotism, community pride, and gratitude for the service and sacrifice of America’s military members—past and present. Taking place on April 25, 2026, this long-standing tradition brings together residents, veterans, families, local organizations, and visitors for a full day of events that celebrate the nation’s heritage and honor those who have defended it.

The celebration features a parade followed by a family-friendly festival with live entertainment, local vendors, food, and activities for all ages. Rooted in unity and gratitude, Stand Up For America Day remains one of Port Wentworth’s most meaningful and anticipated community events.

The Event Line-up

The festival begins at 12PM. The food trucks will be ready to serve lunch at noon!
The program from the main stage begins at 1PM.
Performances begin at 2PM from the Marylin Dance Studio, the Port Wentworth Patriots Dance Team, and then group line dancing.

Live Music – begins at 3PM with Andrew Gill.
Derrick Flowers takes the stage at 5PM.
Headliner, Edwin McCain performs at 7PM.

Firewowrks at 9PM.
