#5 Stars and Stripes Food Truck Series, a Live Like Locals event

Join us as we kick off the Stars & Stripes Food Truck Series, a four-part community celebration leading up to Stand Up For America on April 25th. Bring the whole family out for an evening of great food, live music, and community spirit. Enjoy a variety of local food trucks, family-friendly fun, and a festive red, white, and blue atmosphere designed to bring neighbors together.
#4 Greening of the Fountain at Forsyth Park March 6th 12pm – 2pm
Savannah’s St. Patrick’s Day spirit comes to life at the iconic fountain in Forsyth Park. Join the community at noon for the Greening of the Fountain, followed by the traditional planting of the tree—an unmistakable sign that the city’s most celebrated holiday is officially underway.
#3 Together We Create – Art Show Fundraiser benefiting Employability Thursday, March 5th, 530 – 730 Soho South Events, 12 W Liberty St, Savannah
Art is a universal language. It speaks without words. It connects without barriers. It welcomes everyone. At EmployAbility, we believe that art is more than a creative outlet, it’s a lifeline. A way for people to express themselves, tell their stories, and share their voice with the world.
Join us for Together We Create: Presented by SeaGate Terminals, a vibrant evening celebrating the power of inclusion and creativity. Enjoy an inspiring exhibition of artwork from local artists of all abilities, purchase art, indulge in complimentary food and drink, music, and support EmployAbility’s mission to empower people with developmental disabilities through community-based programming.
Admission: Suggested Donation of $20 – includes a drink ticket at the door.
#2 7th Annual Gears & Grub food truck and car show Saturday, March 7th, 10:00am Rincon’s Freedom Park
Join us for the 7th Annual Gears & Grub food truck and car show event in Rincon for our largest public fundraising event for Effingham Health System Foundation. We have partnered with the City of Rincon to make G&G one of the premier events in the county. Check back here for more info on the entertainment and agenda. Last year, more than 4,000 of your friends and neighbors made the trek to Freedom Park and we expect this year to be no different. The evolution of Gears & Grub happens this year – with changes to the park and layout…so don’t miss it!

#1 Spring Family Day Series and Red Carpet Paw-rade & Photo Station Saturday, March 7th, 2:00pm – 7:00pm L. Scott Stell Park, Pooler
We’re celebrating Spring with a 2 Part Family Day Series at the Park. Bring the whole family (and the pups) for fun activities, a kid area with bouncy play zones and games, vendors and food trucks. We’ll even have a pawrade for the pups.
The fur babies will walk the red carpet and have their photos taken by Keyla TeAnn Photography. We’ll have dog vendors onsite like our sponsor Groomalon who will help you pamper your four legged family members.
The event is free to attend.
